My passion for food has turned and evolved towards nutritious whole foods and organic and plant based diets. This has been a natural transition as more and more clients are looking for healthy food options. As a thinking chef I strongly believe that what we eat has an impact on how we live and how we feel. Having changed my own way of eating many years ago I haven't looked back. The health benefits associated with better eating cannot be ignored. I see increasing demand for healthier plant based food and as a result I offer a wide range of vegetarian, vegan and raw food dishes as well as gluten free and sugar free dishes

The world of plant based food offers a range of tastes and textures that cannot be replicated. The intense freshness of this style is undeniable. As with all my dishes I aim to provide a dish that can stand alone on taste and presentation. I also can organise meal plans for clients wanting ongoing healthy eating.
Ethical and Holistic eating
As an ethical eater I like to use the best possible ingredients sourced from ethical producers. I avoid foods produced with un natural ingredients, preservatives and chemicals. My philosophy is to limit or remove dairy, animal fats and proteins as well as sugar and highly processed and refined flours and grains. The key is to find a balance between food, life style and happiness. You are what you eat couldn't be truer.
