Launch of the BMW 7 series, Mittagong NSW
Recently, we had the chance to cook for a group automotive enthusiasts and eco-conscious drivers who gathered at a picturesque Mittagong to witness the grand unveiling of BMW's latest electric series, the BMW 7 Series.
Hosted with elegance and sophistication, the event showcased the epitome of luxury intertwined with sustainability.
Guests were greeted with a fleet of BMW 7 Series cars, which to drive from Canterbury BMW to the Southern Highlands, a journey spanning approximately an hour and a half.
The culinary aspect of the event was curated to match the of the occasion. A sumptuous three-course lunch awaited, including our beautiful Balmain bug salad, stuffed zucchini flowers and mains such as Grilled Murray Cod, or Lamb loins with crushed peas and panna cotta with grappa roasted fruits.
Embracing the ethos of the BMW 7 Series, the menu featured high-quality dishes, complemented by a series of non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails, ensuring the safety of all attendees who would later embark on their journey back to Sydney in the BMW. We created a non-acholic ginger peach iced tea along with the delicious Polka Lilly pilly sparking cuvee, along with the delicious local wines from Artemis Winery just down the road.
Bowral Private Chef curated the event suppling all the napery, table ware from cutlery to fine Riedel glassware, plates and flat ware, as well as chefs, and waitstaff.
