The Dining Room, Dormie House.  Menu Autumn 2024, Moss Vale.

I have been involved in this project at The Dormie House, in Moss Vale for a year or more now. The project is slowing gathering some momentum, the new Autumn menu continues this trend. My Thoughts around thie menu was to create something a little different, interesting but with still a local twist. I have gone from my initial menu of deeply rooted Italian inspired food to something that covers a greater spectrum. I also went for colour, seasonality and almost comfort food, with dishes such as Chicken skewers with smoked soy, Wayu rump with “mac and cheese and Bunnygalore local lamb with caponata.

We are open for dinner Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm at Dormie House 50 Arthur street Moss Vale.
