From the family estate in Vouvray on the right bank of the Loire this wine is made from Chenin Blanc. Without going on too much about the fermentation, the vineyard and how much I love Vouvray, this wine is delicious.

Pears, apricots and honeysuckle with fine texture on the palate and fresh acidity. Eat with seafood or something chicken.
